Tracie Lasater teaches upper school art. While her degree is in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, Tracie has worked in many career fields. She worked in investment banking on Wall Street for J.P. Morgan and commercial banking for Vectra Bank in Colorado.
While living abroad as an expat, Tracie founded and ran a successful online silver business, which later developed into a brick-and-mortar silver store in the Houston Heights. After her family moved to Nacogdoches, Tracie served as the executive director for Millard’s Crossing Historic Village and founded Thumpers Christian Bookstore and Cafe. Tracie is a lover of creativity and a portrait artist with a preference for the medium of pastels. Tracie is married to Albert, has four children, and is a member at Grace Bible Church.
